The room is fully furnished with a quality bed, hardwood floors, and three windows overlooking a vine-covered lattice and enclosed garden space. It includes its own fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and electric pot; creating a self-contained space ideal for someone seeking privacy and independence. The room also has a dining and work area, making it easy to stay in or work from home comfortably.

The duplex has hardwood floors throughout and a porcelain-tiled kitchen. The room shares a bathroom with one other guest, and laundry is on-site with a high-end Samsung washer and dryer.
