A bedroom for rent in a townhome in Longmont! My name is Gini, I'm a 36 year old single mom of a 3 year old and we'd love to have you as a roommate/tenant. You would have the entire basement to yourself with a private bathroom and lots of storage. The space is fully furnished. We would share the living room, kitchen, and the washer and dryer. We're in a quiet part of Boulder County, close to lots of bike trails, shops (including Costco), and great dining. 
We are located extremely close to UC Health -- you could easily walk there in 5 minutes.
My son and I spend the majority of our time out of the house and he is with his father on the weekend. 
I'm searching for someone clean and organized, who has a full time job, preferably out of the house, non-smoker, non or very light drinker (I am sober), and reliable. Pets are okay.
