Studio loft above the barn. Best suited to a single person or a couple. Very private and away from the main house. Quiet, so good choice for shift workers. Includes all utilities, good internet, flat screen TV with Prime and Netflix. 
Paddock behind the barn can accommodate a horse if you want to bring one! No pets however, due to my 3 livestock guard dogs may see them as predators. They do a great job keeping all predators away. Barn is only briefly used for birthing horses & goats in the spring. 
Loft is fully furnished with a hybrid queen size bed and has a full kitchen with BBQ, patio furniture, pergola and fire pit outside for your use. The love seat pulls out to a bed, should you have an occasional guest. There is also a shared pool behind the main house. Towels, linens and comforter/quilt changed out once a month. Can discuss using my laundry area. There is a gated entry with remote provided and plenty of parking should you want to bring your boat or trailer. 
This location is close to ski resorts for winter sports. Also close to rivers for rafting and kayaking. Miles of trails up in this area for riding, hiking and biking.
