I am renting the separate wing of my large custom 4 yr new home .5 miles from Hassayampa Village off Copper Canyon Rd and before the TimberRidge community.  For ultimate privacy, another option is $1500 for the more private queen bedroom and your own bathroom.
* If you want both bedrooms (option of making the king room into a den for yourself), that would be the full $2200 a month.  Private BBQ area on upper paver patio for the tenants private enjoyment. There's a separate Pet turf. Dogs upon approval with an additional $250 per fee and addtl $25 per mo with breed restrictions. You will have use of the chef's kitchen with professional appliances, and two refrigerators, great room, formal dining and large laundry room but the set up for tenants is designed for extra privacy and separation with multiple gathering spaces.  For example, 5 view patios and balcony for great separation and privacy. 20ft custom is enjoyed on many of these patios, and enjoyed by the local wildlife who come often to the water sounds.
Waterfall is located adjacent to Great room with hot tub under the lanai, yet also visible and heard from the view patios. 
Relax to the water sounds year round and enjoy the firetables when the weather gets brisk . A favorite is the “grotto” seating area, directly beside the waterfall, and morning coffee or afternoon wine at the "grotto" is guaranteed to take your BP down several points. Ahhhh. The Home sits above the rest in the neighborhood allowing for maximum privacy and views. The drone photos don’t allow you to see that. Hiking is literally out your door to the National forest,  and you are only 2 miles from the infamous Whiskey Row and courthouse plaza, with exceptional dining and shopping opportunities throughout the downtown area. Picturesque lakes are fifteen minutes away with water activities and world renowned hiking trails.  Peace and  tranquility is what is offered here in the highly desirable neighborhood of Copper Canyon Village.  There is “inspire” gym in the spacious garage.
