Room with private full bathroom in newly built (2025) home. Garage parking with my car. (If you don’t have a car, I can uber you to your place of employment and back as schedule la allow-I also uber on the side).  

This is a gated community. It is safe and quiet. Prefer a nurse or professional looking for a place for a minimum of 3 months. Non smoking or vaping and no pets.  I do have a small dog that comes to visit (shared custody) but never over night. 

I’m very clean/tidy and would entertain those who would clean after themselves in the kitchen.  Your room and bathroom I will never go in so if you don’t want to make your bed that’s your choice lol. 

 I live 3.5 miles from River bend peace health hospital and 5 from McKenzie Willamette hospital.  All easy quick freeway access.  

Grounds here are beautiful and very peaceful place to take walks.  

During the school year I work as a Department Secretary for a high school 4 hours a day.
