Airy room for rent in a cozy condo in North Charleston, South Carolina! Includes private bathroom. Smoking outside is totally fine, not indoors. Special needs kitty really runs the show and she can be a bit spicy, so it’s a plus if you’re a cat person! I am a cook with very early mornings, so I’m pretty much home and in bed by 9:30. Condo is located 30 minutes from downtown Charleston and all three major hospital systems (MUSC, Trident and Roper), 10 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the interstate. Home security system is in place. Looking for primarily 3-9 month renters. Some brief rules - we’re all adults - I don’t expect you to clean up my messes and vice versa; please keep bathroom door completely closed when taking care of business (you would think I wouldn’t have to say this, but my previous roommate had issues with this); don’t waste water - the washer has a knob for load sizes, use accordingly (see previous parentheses); I frequently bake/cook and love to make people happy by sharing food but don’t take the last piece! Be respectful of my things, as I will be with yours.
