There are a few rules that We're sure would be easy to follow:
-Quiet hours are 11pm-7am
-No smoking inside the house
-Park either on the street or on the driveway
-If staying more than 3 months, cutting the grass is the tennant's responsibility. (we have a low-cost guy that charges 45$ if you
don't want to cut it yourself)
-No parties, guests and family are aloud to visit, but no gatherings more than 20 people because it could get loud and cause the
police to come. (Just communicate with us regarding how many people will be permanently staying in the home. We understand
life happens and we'll work with you, we just need to know how many people will be in the house as more than 4 people does
cause added wear & tear.)
**Kindly please do Not Take** towels, Washcloths, forks, spoons, butter knives, or any other kitchen utensils, bedsheets, throw
blankets, quilts, or blankets
-Toilet Use, please Ony flush toilet paper down the toilet, no disposable wipes, non-disposable wipes, feminine hygiene
products. Please place all of these items in the trash can.
-Unit Adjustment, please place all furniture and appliances back to the way you found it (just in case you moved them)
--Alarm system, (For clarity, the only cameras are the ones on the exterior of the house) please use the alarm code to arm the
system when you are safely inside the home and arm it when you leave. (This is for your safety)
This is a lovely duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and living room on each side. Unit a has a nicely sized
porch. Unit B features Solar panels for a lower utility bill. The bathrooms have a small portal window letting in natural light, the
back porch is painted and there is a small grill in the back. The shed is big enough for two vehicles to fit and there are two
storage roooms in the back of the shed. We do not recommend storing any high ticket items in the shed as it can not be locked,
but if you have a spare car, it can be parked in the shed because it will not be on the grass. Stayng here means you'll be in the
heart of everything, yet you're still not on the main road; "Ash street". You'll have an alarm system to keep you safe, you can
park your car off the street, if you stay in Unit B you'll have solar panels. The home has two recently installed air conditioning
units that are less than 18 months old, the appliances are also the same age. The homes support a fast paced lifestyle with
dishwashers and compact washer/dryer units so you don't have to leave to do your laundry and they feature quick wash cycle.
In the bedrooms of unit A there is a littel laptop desk and chair in bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a comfy chair to sit in and use
the laptop. Unit B and Unit A both have enough space in the living rooms to place a small-medium sized desk for working at
home if need-be. You’ll love it here.
