Cute and quiet modern 1 queen bed full unit.  Live on Androscoggin river.  Short walking trail to Gulf Island Dam. 
2 mins walk to the river and great for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.  
Many people come here to run or fish.   This place is good for someone who prefers quiet.  No kids around the block.  
Close to 3 miles to major hospitals (CMMC, and St. Marys), and 30 mins to Stephen's hospital and Parkview.  
$1625 for 1 person or $1750 for couple. 
All amenities and utilities included. Walk in closets. 
Close to many stores, restaurants,  bars, groceries, shops, and movies.  
Landlord and Boxer dog lives on the premises.  I am listed on Furnished Finder and under 5 star reviews.  This group is my first so no reviews yet.
