This is a fully furnished, basement-level apartment with a private entrance, a well-equipped kitchenette (which has a stovetop but no oven), bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, living room, and bedroom. Linens and towels are also provided. The living room has a pull-out couch, and the bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a lot of light, and though the space is not large, it has everything that you need. There is also an outdoor lounge area that is shared with those living in the upstairs portion of the house. There is one low doorway and lower ceilings, so it is not ideal for very tall tenants. Utilities and internet are included, and there is plenty of free street parking on the block.

Our property is located within walking distance of Empower Field and Meow Wolf, Sloan's Lake, and the light rail that will take you downtown in just a few minutes. We are also conveniently located near I-25 for easy navigation around the city, or to the mountains. There are breweries, coffeeshops and restaurants nearby, as well a Paco Sanchez park, which is one of the best in the city for kids and adults alike.
