Hello my mom has an extra room in her condo with it's own bathroom next to it that we are looking to rent preferrably part time/temp type of situation. Great for a student or a traveling nurse.

You will have use of washer/dryer, wifi, kitchen, living room, balcony. My mom is very nice, clean, normal and we are looking for the same in a roommate. No pets please since she is allergic. Must have good credit with no criminal background (we will be checking).

Utilities and price is somewhat negotiable depending on situation. First month, last month plus a $500 security deposit.

Plenty of parking spaces downstairs next to the unit. Building has an outdoor pool. Grocery store is within walking distance. Safe, clean and friendly community.
