The apartment comes with an in unit washer/dryer, pool, gym, dog park and more that I would be happy detail further if your interested. As for myself am a 26 year old working professional with no pets (open to a roommate with one), enjoy being social and going out with friends or having people over for events like the Super Bowl/New Years, but also appreciate having a quiet night at home with a book or movie. I am a generally clean person and do my best to keep the common areas of the apartment as such and I get most of my meals at work, so a majority of the fridge space is typically up for grabs.
