My home has over 1/3 of an acre of a refreshing mature Tropical Paradise with a private fenced in backyard. 

My home also has a very nice, large backyard patio with a nice fire pit, a hammock and volleyball in the back yard.

The yard is overflowing with an exotic diversity of tropical plants, trees, beautiful flowers, many colorful birds, butterflies, Etc.  as a mini botanical garden.

The neighborhood is peaceful, friendly, quiet and safe in an ideal location conveniently located in the best part of Ocoee (near “Silver Crossings Shopping Plaza” (corner of Silver Star and Clark Rd). Only minutes from Orlando, Winter Garden, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, The Orange Trail, Downtown Winter Garden, etc.

My home is a FEMALE TENANT ONLY home with policies to ensure that ALL Tenants are comfortable and enjoy residing here.

Currently, all tenants are Females between the ages of 19 and 31.

My home is also LGBTQ, cat and 420 Friendly.
