Access to kitchen included all cooking utensils, pots & pans, air fryer and appliances, etc. as wells as beach cruiser, paddle board and kayak access also come with the lease.

Current tenants are a couple (30m/34f) renting the master and one spare bedroom as her office, she works from home. He is in landscaping. She is usually home on weekdays, both are usually out on the weekends. 

“We have 2 black labradors in the house, one is a senior (14 years old) and moves a little slower these days. The younger one is a little bit smaller lab mix,  and loves attention. Looking for someone comfortable with dogs. Willing to consider someone with an adult dog or cat, but no more than one.”
