Private room for rent

I have a two bedroom apartment in Allston near the Trader Joe’s at N. Harvard & Western Ave., close to Harvard Stadium. 
While I’ve been enjoying living alone, I am open to the possibility of a roommate. Rent is $1,000 each plus split utilities. Landlord requires first and security, credit report, and references. No tobacco or pets allowed. Street parking. Free laundry in basement. 
I’m an older SWM who, after many years in Los Angeles, recently moved back to Boston to help my siblings care for our elderly mother. I work as a sound mixer for film/television. Much of my work here is on corporate & documentary projects. When I’m not on location I work at home. For fun I enjoy golf, biking, cooking, going out to hear music, visiting with friends, and of course movies.
My only requests/requirements for roommates are 1) mutual respect, 2) fiscal responsibility, 3) reasonable cleanliness in common areas, and 4) no drama.
