I am renting my French Riviera room monthly.
Our house is in nature with no neighbors in sight. Perfect if you like it quiet.
I do not have a living-room to share but the room is big with lots of storage.
You will have the whole third floor for yourself, except when there is an Airbnb guest in the other room.
You will have your own bathroom, same thing, to share with Airbnb guests when there are some.
The floor contains a small kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, micro-waves, electric stove, kettle, toaster.
There is no sink for dishes except if you want to use the bathroom sink.
Better use paper plates and utensils. Perfect for small cooking.

The room is decorated as the French Riviera. Thank you for respecting the decoration.
You will have a key to your room. The main house has a door code. You will enter through the main door and use the stairs right in the hallway.
We don't need to interact much but I will let you access the laundry room once a week.
Possibility to access my gym equipment on demand, and the big kitchen on demand exceptionally.

We are a very quiet house and have a strict schedule.
We have an evening quiet time at 8 pm, which means we ask you to be discreet after that time.
We lock the house and set the alarm at 10 pm, no exception.
We usually wake up early and can open the house as early as 6 am.
We ask that you don't have guests, and you don't share our address.
We have a dog, 2 cats, chickens and bees. We don't want any more animals.
We would prefer to host someone like-minded: a free thinker, a gardener, a pioneer, a libertarian...

The house in 20 minutes from South Johnson City TN.
Accessible to hospitals, university, main commerces.
