Hello, I'm looking for a male roommate to rent out one of the fully furnished rooms in my home that will be available on August 1st. This is a quiet home in a beautiful gated community near the San Tan Village mall. We're surrounded by all the best shops and places to eat and everything is within a 5 minute drive and walking distance. 

I'm open to month to month stays and the rent is $1350 all utilities included and $500 secures the room for you. $250 is for the one time cleaning fee and $250 is a small nonrefundable deposit that’ll go toward your firsts months rent. There's no lease and you can stay as long as you need too.

I own the property and I live here myself and take very good care of it so if you're looking for a relaxing chill place to live this could be a great fit for you. I have a monthly maid service thats comes to do the house all the bedrooms as well.
