I work from home and would need the place quiet from 8am-5pm M-F, I am looking for a roommate who works outside of the home with the same M-F work schedule.

Ideal roommate is

- Ok living with a cat that roams freely (not in your private space just the shared spaces)
- BIPOC (preferred but not a requirement)
- Ok with having a roommate that is naturally more of a homebody during their downtime. I'm fairly chill, I enjoy grilling food when I can and watching films/tv shows at home in my spare time as a way to decompress.
- Eats meat (not a requirement, it’d just be cool to cook us steaks sometime, if so)
