House is 900sf 2 bd, 2 bath with very functional kitchen that even though the house is small the kitchen flows well (good mis en place) comfy beds, new sheets, duvets, towels desk w/ HDMI monitors, TV, Stereo and WiFi.  The house has views of the Columbia River and is an easy walk to local little market if you need groceries but bigger shopping trips are usually done in Hood River or The Dalles.  

Amenities; minutes to hiking trails, Cor and Syncline Wineries.  Walking distance to Klickitat Canyon and Domain Pouillon tasting room.  

Wind sports? Doug's beach, 5-minute drive, Lyle spit is walkable for great Kitesurfing.

There is plenty of parking.  None of it covered though.  There is storage should you need it in an external shed.  

Pets?  ONE dog would be allowed upon screening by landlord. NO CATS sorry, they've caused too much damage in the past and I'm not willing to allow that again.  

Note:  Train tracks are close, down embankment and trains do roll by about once an hour for about 60 seconds at a time.  I've had this house as a furnished rental on and off for 9 years and the trains have never been a noise issue, in fact some people thought they were romantic.
