Our guest suite is tucked away in a highly sought-after area alongside a creek, is close to UC Merced, Mercy Medical Center and conveniently located near shopping centers and parks. Home is within steps of walking or biking paths that weave through the heart of the city. Our guests can enjoy being minutes away from Highway 99 and the local Amtrak station. With easy access to local amenities and services.

Stay with us in our beautiful and stylish guest suite. The ideal type of guest for our guest suite are students, travel health care workers or other types of processionals that travel for work. Street parking only. Suite is furnished as shown with ample room for storage in cabinetry and closet. The suite, part of a new home, boasts a private bathroom, ample storage, free WiFi and streaming services Hulu, Netflix and Disney provided.

Prior to check in guests will receive passcode code for the Guest suite door lock valid only for duration of stay. Upon check-in, you’ll be welcomed with a clean suite however guest/tenant are responsible for the cleaning during their stay. Upon check in unit will be stocked with clean linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom tissue, body soap, paper towels and basic kitchenware. The previous statement does not apply to long-term rentals.

There are two safety cameras, one surveilling the drive way and one is a ring camera located at houses main door.

The ideal guest or tenant is some who does not cook elaborate meals. Suite is equipped microwave and small refrigerator with freezer. Light cooking is possible
