We're looking for a clean, respectful roommate to rent a private bedroom in a 3-bedroom townhouse located in a secure, gated community in Escala, Mission Valley. The Gate of the community is located at 2548 Fenton Parkway, San Diego, CA 92108.

We're a family of three working engineers with a soon-to-be 4-year-old son. Weekdays follow a routine: husband leaves early, son and I leave around 8 AM, and we return around 6 PM. We plan to move out once we've found tenants for the other two rooms.

If you have two friends who are also looking for a place, the other two bedrooms are available as well perfect for a group looking to rent together.

 Room Details:

Private bedroom + shared bathroom (While the bathroom is technically shared, the other two bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, so you'll rarely have to share it it's essentially your own.)

The closet will be emptied and available for your use. The room comes with a mattress, TV, and nightstand we'd prefer to keep them for your convenience, but we can remove the mattress and nightstand if you have your own furniture.

Rent: $1350/month All utilities included (water, gas, electricity, trash, high-speed internet)

No garage parking, but first-come, first-serve resident parking is available near the unit

Street parking also available inside the gated complex

No pet allowed.

Preferred one-year term but it is negotiable.

If you have 2 friends or roommates looking as well, the other 2 bedrooms will be available soon move-in date is flexible/negotiable. The other two bedrooms are larger, and each includes a private en-suite bathroom. Rent is $1,550 and $1,750 per month, respectively. If you and two friends rent all three bedrooms together, we'll offer a $100 discount per room.
