Hi You can use the kitchen stove the kitchen frig only and  freezer it does not not make any ice or despense water. you may use my untenstils silver wear whatever I have please do not break anything. the dishwasher is off limits please wash all dishes and dry and put away. You will have use of the hall bathroom and be responsible for cleaning it . whatever you mess up I need it cleaned up no food on counters or on stove or floors, they have to be kept cleaned at all times living room and dining room are off limits. You may use the great room but the floors need to be kept cleaned as well. the second bedroom is off limits. I still am a tenant there but not living there.I live here in az my washer and dryer are to be used but not abused... there are no wild parties no animals aloud no smokers of any kind. I am looking for a renter who can pay each month on time with no excuses. I need someone honest and trustworthy . I sometimes do come and come and check in on the house and make sure everything is okay. There is no internet for me to provide that is something you will have to do since I have no cable there anymore. you will be  responsible for your own food laundry supplies cleaning etc.....so basically you will be there by yourself.....
