The house is located in Marietta, GA, 35  minutes from downtown Atlanta.

My house is a 6-bedroom, 4 bathroom house, 4500 sq/feet, and I'm renting out the mother-in-law suite

This is my first time doing this, so one bedroom is fully furnished, the other bedroom has a brand new carpet but no furniture -not this time, but I will provide

There is a full dining room table and TV in the room, but I can't obtain more furniture by the July time frame. With all privacy  locks

Access to the 1st floor of the house for a formal dining room or party events can be arranged for agreed-upon special occasions

If two compatible people we can arrange a two-person rental price

I have just been diagnosed with ALS and will be living on the main floor, first floor. Soon, I will be wheel-bound. I have two friendly dogs, but if the mother-in-law is in the apartment, it should not be a problem.

If there is a third compatible person, I could rent my second floor, but then they would have to share the kitchen with me. The second  floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which include the master bedroom and bathroom
