I’m a retired RN and would like to rent to travelers in Kuna, Idaho. Kuna is approximately 20 miles from Boise. We are currently reviving a neglected yard as you can clearly see.

I have two rooms available with a shared bathroom.  One room is larger than the other with a picture window; both have blinds and drapes. They have been freshly painted and fully furnished with sheets and towels included.

The master is occupied - including a Great Dane mastiff- thereforere  no other pets are allowed.

There is a large living room. You would have full use if the kitchen and laundry.
Soon we will have exercise equipment in the garage. Internet is included.

Each renter will also have an area in the garage to lock up their valuables and another fridge is available in the garage- and there are also two mini fridges available if necessary.

The bath room is equiped with two medicine cabinets.

The yard is large with a nice sitting area.

The house is central to both major hospitals - and the out door life here is amazing - boating, rafting, tubing, skiing, roller skating, ice skating, fire bird raceway- tons of parks, community life  and the shakespearean Festival is always fun in Boise.
