The beach isn't far at all and the neighborhood is beautiful with everything right around. Centrally located to basically anything. As long as you are CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, PAY ON TIME, easy going & respectful, Then we should get along just fine 

I live in a duplex so it is a house in a beautiful area in Hollywood centrally located to everything. There is a yard with a pool, Washer & dryer. I have a bathroom in my room so u would have your own bathroom. My landlord is amazing he is a 86 yr old italian guy who lives in Pittsburgh & comes down here in the winter for a few months. He lives in the house next door for those months. He’s really sweet & takes amazing care of the property. Pool guy comes on Wednesdays & yard maintenance every 2 Mondays.
