Rest, relax, and unwind after a long shift. Located in the hills of Wildomar in a quiet community known as the farm. Whose amenities include 3 pools, citrus groves,  hiking trails and a pond. 

2 large rooms available with many amenities. Each include new queen beds, love seat, 40” tv with Roku and WiFi options, small refrigerator, sliding door closet, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, dresser and nightstand. All the amenities to make your stay comfortable and restful. There is a shared bathroom with dual sinks, and a half bath available downstairs. 

The house is free to enjoy, common areas include large kitchen, with newer appliances. Good size family room that includes 80”tv, pool table, and sofa recliners. Laundry room facilities available with washer and dryer. There’s exercise equipment for your use. 

Outside has a nice tranquil backyard with a covered patio with patio furniture for you to relax and enjoy the view of the manicured garden with fruit trees, fountain, and gas fire pit. One side yard has a garden the other a place to relax. There is a spa also included where you can relax and unwind after a long shift.

Parking available in driveway and on street. Located within 15 to 30 minutes are Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, and Wildomar Hospitals and medical centers.

Looking for mid term/ long term rental 3 months to a year. 

My husband and I are business owners and empty nesters. We are out of town frequently and are home most weekends. We have some family and friends in the medical field and saw this as a way of supporting those in the medical field.
