I have a beautiful Room for rent in quiet very safe area w/lovely hardwood floors & a lg area rug. It is furnished primarily with antiques that are refreshing, very attractive yet functional. It's a pleasant, peaceful property & this room is a perfect example. The bathroom is very nice; hardwood floors, newly redone & plenty large. The main areas of the house can be shared to a great extent w/ reasonable rules. Lovely great room, spacious eating area & kitchen that is composed of pretty new & quality cooking appliances, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Laundry room with washer & drier use (reasonable rules). HS internet, electricity, gas, water included. Peaceful, private patio with table, umbrella, chairs & flowers. Safe, considerably off rd, well lit area. Parking place out of view but close to front door. Looking for a kind, very dependable, helpful person who is in control of themselves. Not a super loud person. I am a kind, creative, conscientious & supportive person. Background ck, reference ck.
