The room includes a full size bed, large dresser w/ mirror, spacious closet and a private half-bath (sink and toilet). A full bathroom with shower is located directly adjacent to the bedroom and is shared. If an unfurnished room is preferred, this is an option too.
The townhome is shared with one professional female and senior cat who is quiet and keeps to herself.   No additional pets, please.  
Looking for a respectful, non-smoking female roommate - either a working professional or student.  No parties or group gatherings permitted.  
The rest of the town home is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher).  Preference is given to someone who does not need to bring additional furnishings.  
Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet.   Well-lit carport parking is available, and laundry facilities are located in the basement.
