Welcome to @Cocasalife, we offer Convenience, Comfort, and Community.  Ohio House has 5 beautiful bedrooms available for rental with a min stay of 30 days.  The Columbus, The Cleveland, Akron, Dayton & Cincinnati rooms in Ohio House have been meticulously designed to meet the needs of any traveling professional.   Guests will love the dedicated bath next to their room or private attached ensuite and the beautifully finished 3rd floor with individual spaces perfect for relaxing or working.  The Cleveland and The Columbus are located on the first floor while Akron, Dayton and Cincinnati are on the 2nd floor.  The rooms are spacious with tall windows and ceilings. Enjoy the exposed brick, unique furnishings, USBC ports, high quality mattress and sheets.
We do not allow pets.   Garage parking if available at time of booking is offered with an additional $50 per month payment.  There is a cleaning fee of $100 for the room to be turned upon departure.   A linen deposit of $50 will be refunded following your stay if linens are in satisfactory condition. 
For rooms with private baths, we do offer 1 complimentary cleaning per month with a 6 month stay. 
Weekly cleanings on shared bathroom and all common space are included.  All utilities are included with your stay.  We are located near hospitals, data centers and highway access.
