I have two sweet, indoor cats who need you to just be a wee bit mindful upon entry n exit.

Rent is $880. Utilities include water ($55), electric (FPL, $83), and internet (Spectrum, $80), all split 50/50 using Zelle for prompt payment. There is also a $60 application fee for credit and background checks, required by management.
