Renting the upstairs portion of my townhouse. You'll get a large bedroom & full bath. You will also have available use of a smaller spare room when not in use. (You will be the only tenant upstairs, however my son may occasionally stay over a couple nights during the week and you can use for guest as well)

A fully furn8shed room with queen size bed. A XL capacity washer and dryer, full kitchen appliances and small refrigerator is upstairs and a spare full size refrigerator is located in the garage. There is also a tanning bed, a mini pool, a covered patio, a sun patio, a grill and possible space available in walk in attic for storage and a garage. 

Room is furnished option is also be available for $850 a month.


I will only rent to 1- one occupant however, IF you did want exclusive use of the additional smaller upstairs bedroom - giving you the entire upstairs portion, the rental rate for both rooms and bathroom may be adjusted to: a monthly rate of $1100.unfurnished /
$1300 .furnished.

Must be mature. A pet (dog) lover & people friendly!!Have a valid, verifiable, stable job! Have your own transportation.
NO cats! No full-time children (shared/ part time children ok)
. A dog MAY be possible.  (my bulldog resides on the property as well)

You would be joining myself and my bulldog. My room is located downstairs with a private bath, so you will mainly have the upstairs to yourself.
 I'm 51 years young. An active female, clean, professional, friendly and outgoing. I work a flex full-time job and occasionally wfh. I do have occasional visitors, however I do not have a "party" lifestyle. I have lived in the area for over 25 years with family locally.
