One bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet.
The home is white, beige and black accent and has central air, high speed wifi, and a patio with enough room for a small gardening spot. (NEW PHOTOS COMING SOON) Patio has an umbrella, BBQ with a smoker, and a bench. We have storage space too. It is currently being redone, but is usable. The room is furnished, but can be unfurnished if requested. Currently, it has a queen size bed frame with drawers underneath,  side tables and TV stand, including the large TV. Plus there is a dresser and side table available. WIFI plus some streaming apps included and all utilities.. Additional small refrigerator is available for the room. Security features include outside cameras and motion sensor lighting, and keyed locks for bedroom entry. One carport spot, there's a laundry room too. We have Alexa, a smart oven, lighting, and we are still looking for more smart improvements. The oven has 6 burners with gridle in the middle. We have Breville 3-in-one air fryer, convection, micro and grill, it's amazing. Water dispenser, arrowhead water, hot/cold/ room temp. Instapot with airfryer, ninja kitchen system, coffee bar with ninja dual coffee brewer/k-cup. and more....
This home doesn't party and is early to rise, 5 AM sometimes earlier and early to bed 7-9 PM. Work requires these hours. There's a hall door separating the rental room and living area  from two other bedrooms.  So this helps with evening activity. NO smoking/vaping allowed by the owner. Guests allowed with permission, but no overnight stays. These rules apply to both sides and maybe we might agree to change them later.

We currently have a turtle and a cat, and therefore additional pets will be considered, but must be compatible with current pets. The owner might charge deposit and a per mo fee per pet, but it depends on the pet. The aquatic turtle is about 8 ", but does not roam about freely. Your toes will be safe. The cat is short haired.

No fee's unless you are accepted and plan to move in..
Why we are looking for a room mate is that my daughter and her boyfriend got there own place. There's big empty room waiting... I've almost always had a roommate even before it was a common thing. I've had the same job for 13 years, I've lived at this location for 2+ years, and before that 10 years with a roommate in a house to raise my kids. Now, for my son, he has autism but no emotional outbursts are anything like that. He is a great guy, quite person who is highly intelligent in some ways and really struggles in others. He has an aid to help him. You will not be asked to  help in anyway and he might even offer to help you. He likes games, reading, and ... I'm quite too, I'm a crafter, genealogist, and currently learning to grow my own veges...
I'm not looking to be anyone's mom please, but I do offer a stable place with a 80" big screen TV with free streaming. I prefer you leave a voicemail if you're interested.
