GE 24 inch Washer Dryer Combo to be delivered this week.  All utilities included except internet but can catch WI FI from house. It is located in quiet central location close to many hospitals. You will need to carry a short term rental policy for damages.  Access to outdoor propane grill and kitchen and firepit.  Yard has pear and apple trees and veggie garden; but, no pets due to owner having two small dogs that use backyard. Heat and Cooling with all in one window unit that works great for Texas summers and winter months.  Has a combo washer/dryer unit. Only suitable for one person and plenty of storage. Short term assignments only up to 6 months.  Owner discretion for longer stays.
