The Tiny house is a fully furnished studio with washer and dryer and a 1 car garage. The Tiny house is located close to downtown Reno, 2 minutes from the I-80 freeway 5 minutes from Renown Regional hospital, walking distance to restaurants, parks, casinos, 10 minutes away from Legends mall and Meadowood mall.  Fully furnished and we even offer cleaning service weekly, biweekly or monthly for an extra fee. Utilities included with an allotted amount of $200 for electricity anything after that will be covered by the guest. Pests are allowed no more that one 40 pound dog or two less that 20 pounds. $300 deposit per pet and $50 extra per pet per month. No smoking allowed inside the house breaking of this rule will incur fines and termination of the contract, how ever if you are a smoker you can smoke in the patio area. No parties and no extra guest the Tiny house has one queen bed and can house up to two guests. Trash days are on Friday’s  and you are responsible for taking the trash out.
