This is a safe area and within walking distance to a couple fast food places and Walgreens and CVS.  There are 11 units in the building and no major friction, so that shouldn't be a problem for you.   Pls know that management charges a $35 fee for their required credit and criminal background check.  Additionally, a legal agreement between us that we come up with to protect both of us is something I think would be a smart move.
I have the other room.  I am 60, don't smoke and would never live with a smoker or anyone who did drugs! I consider myself respectful, quiet, calm, confidential and not overly serious.   I wake early and b/c of that, have to sleep early too.  It sounds old I know.  I have a PT job and I am looking for a second.  
I am a Christian, socially liberal or open and have centrist political views leaning right (if u care about all that).  I hope we are BOTH respectful, quiet, calm and confidential.  Also, I hate narcissists, drama, passive/aggressive pettiness, snoring and hope you do too.
Looking for FEMALE APARTMENT ROOMMATE.  In my experience, any issues can be worked out more calmly, rationally and in a civil manner whereas 2 guys escalate the intensity alot faster. I think 40 years or older might be the best fit, but will consider younger.  Ideally we would develop a roommate friendship.  I say that b/c you want to like and get along with, be on the same page as someone you live with.
