About this home

This charming, warm, and cozy townhouse is located near the Jump Off Canyon trailhead, and is within minutes of Walmart, Lowe’s, Ogden Weber Applied Technology College, North Ogden Nature Center trails, and more.   It’s 20 minutes to Weber State University.  

I do live here, and rent out the spare bedrooms.  I’ve been doing this for 10 years, and have had renters stay with me from 1 - 7 years.   I do my best to keep things clean and tidy.   Smoking is permitted on the back patio.   I’m LGBTQ+ friendly.   Due to allowing other cats to be here, I’ve sustained damages to carpets and furniture more than I’m comfortable with going forward, so no more pets allowed other than my own.   

Parking is available in front of my unit, with additional parking on the street with general visitors parking.
