The host or an affiliate will be there to check you in and to do a walk through

Towels are located in the hall closet

Run the dishwasher for dirty dishes

Absolutely no glass outside - it can cost both of us a lot of money if anything breaks especially near the pool

3 rolls of toilet paper will be stocked to get you started

1 trash bag will be stocked stocked to get you started

7 coffee pods will be stocked to get you started

1 roll of paper towels will be stocked to get you started

2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, and 1 pool towel per person will be stocked to get you started

If you require access to the washer and dryer you must tell me during or before the time of check-in

This home is utilized as a home and therefore does have some personal belongings and nothing is to be removed from the house without prior permission 

Some things like decor, linens, curtains, etc may change without warning

The host and their affiliates have the right to enter the property without warning should an issue or maintenance order arise

The pool is cleaned typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4pm and 5pm plus on Saturdays or Sundays as needed - the times are subject to change without warning

It is crucial you understand how to safely be around a pool and to never leave anyone unattended in or near the pool

The trash runs Mondays and Thursdays - you are not required to put it by the road unless it will become overflowing before your checkout day

There is space for 3 parked cars between the 2 driveways - please refrain from off street parking or blocking the sidewalk (unless your car leaks oil then it will be appreciated)
