Hello, my name is Bonny and I have a new large pet free, smoke free Bed and Breakfast style country home that I rent out by the bedroom. Of course you would have access to the entire house which has a quiet living room upstairs and a downstairs den with a new desktop computer and printer.  There is a downstairs library, a fully stocked kitchen upstairs with all cooking needs including dishes, utensils, cookware and bakeware.  There a Breakfast room upstairs and a downstairs kitchenette with a new washer and dryer.  Of course electricity is included in the room rent.  There is on site parking. A lovely hot tea bar upstairs and two coffee bars that I provide for my guests. The house is decorated in South Carolina history with each bedroom named and decorated after a large SC city.  Only the bedrooms have a 58 inch TV to ensure quiet and peaceful gathering areas.  The bedrooms are far apart so you can not hear a housemates TV.  I have a cleaning service that comes biweekly for the house.  They will only clean your room if you leave your door open for them.  Each bedroom had a coded locked doorknob that you create your own code for security.  Out back there is a quiet and peaceful goldfish pond with a hammock and a fire pit table to help you unwind.  The house is conveniently located off of I-26 exit 119 in West Columbia only minutes away from downtown Columbia, restaurants and shopping.
