Amenities include, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a front porch area. This is a private residence on a quiet block located very close to Inglewood and Sofi Stadium/The Forum. Minutes away from local LA hotspots like Downtown, South Gate, Hollywood and Marina Del Rey.
We are a married couple with One Teenager old kid and 2 fur babies (cat and dog) looking for a reliable and organized, clean individual with stable employment . We are looking for ONE individual that works every day, M - F regular hours 8am - 5pm; as this room is the 1st front room near living room and kitchen, so if you want to sleep during the day is a NO NO as there is noise during the day this is inside the house, the MAIN room, no couples.
