This is a two bedroom one bath both bedrooms are very large like master bedrooms. The house has been remodeled with recessed, lighting, ceiling fans, stone countertops, tiled, bathroom, etc. there are lots of spaces to enjoy when visiting with company. There is a large front porch. there is a center yard with a fire pit, a smoker and a propaine  barbecue and there is a back 40 with a really large fire pit. There’s also a 720 square-foot warehouse that could be used as a workshop or a man cave, all included in the price there is also plenty of parking as the driveway is really long and hold about 10 vehicles and is paved. I do need to rent to an non-smoker, no drugs. Social drinking is OK.
