This is actually for 2 rooms upstairs.one for sleeping and the other for living area etc.   I do have cats.  No other animals please.   There is two different porch areas.  One front one back .  Shared bathroom downstairs.   Large kitchen and laundry area with brand new washer and dryer.  I am quiet and no drama.  I expect same please.   I am lbgtq friendly and 420 friendly but no smoking in house .   There is a large garden area if you like gardening and a great grill to use.   Looking for someone hopefully long term but willing to do short commitment.   I do travel and would give discount for rent when I am traveling to look after my cats.  Must not have any felony’s and pass background check .   Thank you for the interest.  . As you can see, there is stuff in both bedrooms that can be moved. If you do not need or want any of the furniture that is not a problem. There is a huge walk-in closet in the smaller bedroom that is being used to storage now, but can be completely cleaned out and it does have a large dresser in there as well that you’re welcome to use. The bed I believe is a purple mattress that has only been slept on twice so it is brand new and you’re welcome to use it if you like or it can be removed you can Paint the bedrooms any color that you would prefer the largest room is 12 x 10 the other room is 10 x 10 there is ample storage in both areas. There is also a closet in the hallway that you can use. You are able to lock the door that leads up to the two rooms upstairs so you will have security and not have to worry. There is a large downstairs with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, a very large kitchen and dining room . The house is one and a half miles from the new casino the hard rock casino here in Bristol. You are a half a block from the Tennessee side and half a block from State Street. You’re also half a block from Euclid. You are in the middle of the city, but you do not feel like it. You feel like you are in a small community with a very nice bunch of people that live in the area. Everyone is very considerate and peaceful. As I said, I’m looking for someone hopefully long-term, but I can do your short term as well. If need be I can except a cat on on the basis that they can get along with my cats and vice versa. The yard is completely fenced and gated, but I do not have or have the ability to have dogs. Thank you. Just basically pick up after yourself and be a decent human being. I am hoping to find a great roommate.
