No smoking, no pets, no random company, no sleep overs. Must be mature and honest person. No loud noise and music. Close to highway lots of shops close, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. No eating or drinking in rooms. Can use laundry room if asked nice back yard to sit. Parking in driveway. Nice and safe neighborhood for walking. Must keep rooms clean!
