Hi Everyone! 

I’m looking for a new roommate to share my East Village Apartment.

July 1st Move-In. 1 year lease. 

It’s a wonderful space with all the amenities. In-unit W/D, dishwasher, central heating/air, and virtual doorman. Located near the NYU and New School campuses (15 min walk), and right off the 1st Ave stop on the L. 

Room will be unfurnished (this is my current roommate’s things in the photo). But the furniture in the living room/ kitchen area is mine. 

Great view of the Empire State Building from the bedroom, and lots of natural light. Great neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, and galleries. 

About me, I’m quiet and clean and work part-time in puppet theatre/arts administration at The Jim Henson Foundation, as well as freelance writing. I recently graduated from The New School with an MA in Creative Publishing and Critical Journalism. I do not have any pets but I am open to roommates that do! I love crafting, reading, going to the movies, gallery hopping, and trying new things!
