Seeking female roommate

1x a month, I have a cleaning service for the whole house. Tenant may choose to have their space added to the cleaning service free of charge.

SHARED WITH HOMEOWNER: Samsung washer/dryer upstairs next to the bedroom, which is convenient. A nice, cozy background for relaxing; my gardener comes twice a month every other month to maintain the backyard. Share garage space for 2 cars. In the kitchen, we will share pantry space and refrigerator space. Let me know if you need additional space in the kitchen, and I can accommodate you. The living room space is open to you. There is a TV there and in your room for use. I want you to feel at home, as you can use the necessary items to make yourself comfortable. 

RULES: No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property for longer than one week without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant will not assign this Lease or sublet or grant any concession or license to use the Property or any part of the Property. Tenants will clean up after themselves and the areas they use.

TEMPERATURE IN HOME:
70-72 Heat during the winter
65-70 Cool during the summer 

PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. An additional $50 will be added to the monthly rent.

I travel monthly so that you will have the house for yourself 50% of the time.
