About this home

Our house is on 12 waterfront acres on the Key Peninsula, about 20 minutes from Gig Harbor, WA. Nearest large city is Tacoma (30 mins). Key Center is about 5 minutes and has a store, PO, library, health clinic, firestation and several restaurants. The property has gorgeous views of Mt Rainier and the water, but currently no beach access. Renter is leasing one room but will usually have the entire house , with the understanding that Doug and I will be there once or twice a month to work on the house and property, and will stay in our master BR suite. 
Renter will be expected to keep room and shared areas clean and tidy. All utilities included in rental fee. Renter will be expected to use security alarm when away, and water the front yard if rented during summer months.
