Hi im 36 y/o. I'm a working professional and work from home during the day and office in the evening.
I love to be active and frequent church, meditation and breathwork weekly. I hit the gym 5-7 days a week and love to travel although I don't do it as often as I want at the moment. I don't drink often and hope to find a roommate who has similar lifestyles so it cultivates a productive environment.
I'm in the process of finishing courses and finishing my RN license so I'm looking for a roommate who works at an office and has an opposite schedule that I do. 
I've been blessed to have roommates who are living with me part time because they have a partner or are traveling quite often because of work.The apartment has tandem parking so opposite schedules are a must.
The apartment is quite spacious and has 2bd/2.5ba with wood floors and an upstairs and downstairs. View or east and west with a balcony. The apartment has community space, Gym, pool/jacuzzi and concierge so our packages are safe. 
Some other highlights include W/D and AC. The apartment is located in little italy by waterfront park, the little italy piazza, Gyms such as Fit, core power.
