Large country house located on Oneida Lake.  Located north of Syracuse with easy commute to all Syracuse Hospitals. We have three bedrooms that we rent out to primarily travel nurses.  We currently have one bedroom available to rent.  It is a second floor bedroom.  All of the bedrooms have an electric lock on the door to ensure your safety and security. The bedroom has standard furnishings, including a queen size bed with sleep number mattress to ensure your comfort.  Each bedroom also has a dorm sized refrigerator/freezer, air purifier,  essential oil diffuser (we do not allow burning candles), TV with fire stick.  All utilities are included in the rent.  Also included is streaming TV; Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN and Peacock. There is a shared gym area, laundry area and family room for the tenants. There is multiple security cameras located outside of the house.  There is also ample exterior lighting for night time arrival/departure. 
Summer is approaching.  Take advantage of the quiet, dead end road, for biking, running or taking a nice long walk to unwind. We are within 4 miles of 2 golf courses. The lake will call your name.  Use our kayaks to explore or bring a SUP with you.  We do have a dock for those that travel with boats or PWC.
