My rooms are upstairs by the fridge in the kitchen, and unless invited, I ask that we keep that private. You can typically yell up the stairs or text me!

 Our rooms are comfy, fresh & crisp, and uncluttered, with plenty of room for your equipment and gear. Each room has a private bathroom w/ shower & deck or patio (Sneak in and out!), and our guests say our beds are so incredible they never want to get out of them!!!

Sun Valley is the perfect place to clear your mind! Run the trails, shred the mountain, catch some fish, bike your heart out, or... relax!.
There are a few different seating areas, so you can usually find a quiet place to sit and chill and a 9ft pool table.

Each room has a 36" TV, more significant than the pics w/ Apple TV. The living room has an 80" flat screen.
There is one parking spot per room, but typically, there are plenty of other parking spots on the street if you have more than one vehicle.
I've built a new grill area with a grill and will soon have a wood-burning pizza oven!
We are a house full of women with a kitchen stocked with every cooking tool you could want. We have two fridges/ freezers, and our mud room is another place to store perishables in the winter. We make cooking work and often share because we'll make a big dish and want to. I was a chef, so cooking is my passion, and it's fun to have things for everyone. 
There are always plenty of snacks in the house for everyone!

We have a new hot tub that's kept at 103 degrees. The hot tub is cleaned once a week.
