I need someone very soon.  We can work out the details when we meet. This is a 3000 square get house single level and it has 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and a spa/pool in-ground in the back yard.  Also has a full gym in my house in the garage. This is a nice house and lots of things to offer for someone.  I keep to myself and I workout all the time.  If you like to work out.  I have everything here and it is IFIT equip with the  Excercise machines and dumbbells also.  I also have the total gym with a cycle trainer attached to it.  I think a person could be very happy here.  I lived all by myself here and I am a widower of just over 1 year now.  My house is only 6 years old and lots of upgrade has been done to my house. it has nice big kitchen and a big refrigerator freezer inside the house and out in the garage has a big refrigerator freezer and also a a big freezer freezer also.   My neighborhood is very quiet and there is a private tennis court with the  HOA.   I have high speed internet with 3 WIFI extender with Frontier Communication and the internet speed never goes down at all.    It is full strength all the time.
