This unit is an in law that i had built in 2021 for my parents who have since passed. I do have it listed on airbnb, and it does exceedingly we however I have been renting it to a local professor from johnson and wales for the last two seasons, and I enjoy the stability of having one tenant that travels. A few things we do not allow smoking, there is a pool that is free for you to use. If you'd like it is a shared pool and why I do not have a problem with you using it.We do not allow people to have guests at the pool. The yard is separated into 2 sections. I own 2 Portuguese water dogs. They are very friendly, however, they do initially balk. When they first meet somebody, they are separated from the united yard by a gated fence.
