The house is located on a quiet street in the mount street area of Clairemont off Balboa and Genesee.  A public park, shopping and restaurants are near-by.
You'll have full access to washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as the use of kitchen. You will also have primary use of the living room and off-street parking is provided.
I offer 6-month lease at $1500/month and $1,500 security deposit. Utilities are included.  Minimum 6 month lease desired.
We are looking for one responsible, clean roommate, non-smoking.  We do not accept pets.
